Nope think this what would consider curveball he pitched. Dave has no intention putting up referendum. I will be shocked he being this honest but doubt it. He calling it as he trying offset loss votes. Those voters fools to believe it. Once in it will be ditched with some excuse why. All these parties deceitful liars.
