But the basic fact is he bought many of these players and some of them are simply not good enough in more ways then one.
He also brought in a lot of the good ones he has had to sell. The question is how much of a decision does he have when it comes to that? I don't believe he is supported by the board. Best example is how Arsenal didn't want to sign Mata until Fabregas was sold.....
