Service techs can earn a right packet if they are willing to do the work, I have dealt with these techs for a long time and know they are happy due to the amount of money they can earn, Network Engineers are the same they can earn loads (thats who i deal with now).

As for the OP just remember to sell yourself and plus ensure if any customer related question come up all always put the customer first, they are big on the customer experience been brilliant first time.
