According to the point of this thread, BT don't shape anything now either?

Apparently their product details page now indicates no shaping or management of any form, so I don't quite get what this "generic overall traffic management applied at peak times" is about? Doesn't make sense when BT claim "we won't place any speed restrictions no matter how much you upload or download, even at peak times "
