Not unless you've either got very deep pockets or friends in the right places.

But there are some general rules
- All SD channels are MPEG-2 video with stereo MPEG-1 Layer II audio. The vertical resolution is always 576i.
- All HD channels are MPEG-2 video. The vertical resolution is always 1080i.
- Audio description is always MPEG-1 Layer II, but could be mono or stereo.
- All radio channels are MPEG-1 Layer II audio, usually stereo. (Last time I checked, BBC World Service was mono)

Any particular reason?
