Sky traffic isn't specifically managed, so you'd only be subject to the usual bulk data limits, and may get reduced to 50Mbps for 5 hours. Though if it's only a 4GB film, you wouldn't be anywhere near triggering it.

(But why would you download 24/7 at 100Mbps? You couldn't possibly watch that much video. (And what has this got to do with TiVo buffering?))
