Yep,at least our council have kept visits to the local recycling center as free ,they only charge for commercial dumping.Charging for taking extra bags is only asking for trouble .
I think our council has it backwards as far as bins are concerned we need our fortnightly recycling waste collected every fortnight and the general waste every week it should be the other way around .
