Ryanair has already paid out 27m Euros in compensation for this. How any ANYBODY be expected to deal with such unexpected issues that could in theory last for weeks.

Airlines, along with taxis, buses, and trains, are in the business of getting people from A to B. If you want more than that, you pay the price yourself.
