I would imagine that the true cost is very low per XL subscriber as VM have effectively bought subscriptions in bulk. Even so, it probably earns ESPN more revenue than having far less subscribers at full price.

This issue has arisen previously in the past and it was decided by the site owner/s that this thread be given more leeway than the others.
