Unfortunately I've got to agree. Seen this type of thing over and over again. I'm surprised at some of the stuff that gets posted on Facebook, Twitter and the Virgin Community Forum by Virgin employees. The good news however is at least the Virgin employees who post
here are honest and trustworthy.
