Re: When an area recieves 120Mb upgrade will the uploads be increased back to 10:1 al

Actually I went to 120 before my upstream shifted from 5, months before. I'm trying to remember all the way back to when it happened, but I believe I went from 50/5 to 100/5 for a few months, then to 120/5 for a few months and then to 120/12. I didn't have a 10 meg upstream at any point. About a week before the upstream upgrade I shifted from one to two upstream channels. About a month after the 100/5 upgrade I went from four downstream channels to six which sorted out the initially patchy speed (acceptable and expected, they were working on it after all). Last night I went from six downstream channels to eight. Since there was no speed issue, I assume this is for future capacity. Downtime was significant with the 6 to 8 channel shift though, and knocked out my internet radio. Thank goodness for the BBC broadcast service; There was still something worth listening to.
