Yes. It's best to ruun JDAST in conjunction with the TBB graph because then there are two sources.

I also look particularly at the upstream power levels at the time of aberration to see if they're fluctuating.

On the face of it and at great distance from you, I'd suspect upstream noise ingress caused by something kicking in in your house or a neighbour's house or something like that.

I've noted that your downstream speed drops and if the packet loss is not on the upstream then it has to be a heck of a local utilisation spike to cause 10% packet loss.

Does JDAST report lower upstream speeds?
