Channel 851, as Media Boy said, is BBC1 AD. Channel 861 is BBC1 Eng.
Both carry the the national BBC One feed. This appears to be based in London as per the local news that is shown, but people have told me when i've asked about this, that they sometimes show different programmes as BBC One National and BBC One London are different
