Even if it took x days for an openreach engineer, that is miles better than the 6 months it took with no action at all being taken on an oversubscribed node I was connected too. I can see the graphs of many in my area and they are still experiencing horrendous packetloss. You really have no idea.

You are an individual that that had a bad experience on VM and there are others like you, however there are similar poor experiences from people with other suppliers. Not sure they go on their previous suppliers forums though and spend their life bad mouthing them. Do you get time to do anything else?

Hello my favourite hypocrite. First let me point everyone towards your entire posting history here, which can be found via searching your name. That will show that a majority of your posts are attacking sky and trying to protect virgin. It will also show you go into the Sky related forums to have a dig too. So don't spout that crap unless you can live with the hypocrite tag.
