AFAIK, iPlayer on Tivo is not supplied by VM (iPlayer on the other boxes is). iPlayer on Tivo is maintained and supplied directly by the BBC, in much the same was as the versions on the web, PS3, xbox, iPhone, Android and various Smart TVs.
