Customer Services agents shouldn't really be doing that
The upload increase happen at different times to the download increases. Going from XXL 50 to XXL 100 on the downstream
does not mean your upload goes from 5Mbit to 10Mbit
XXL 100 customers won't get a 10:1 upload until they get the further increase to 120Mbit at which point they'll get a 12Mbit upload
