Funny as i purchased a super hub on Ebay I wasn't going to pay £75 for a Hub phoned virgin gave them the MAC address of the hub they phoned back next day and activated it on my BB account if you don't know what you are saying don't give and post wrong information
You got lucky, as the rep made a mistake. Virgin do NOT, as a matter of policy, do this.
