Can you teach common sense? It's quite generic and sometimes people use it to describe why they won't have done something with the benefit of hindsight.
Also I have seen a great many adults who are naive, stupid, lack common sense or don't take advantage of the wealth of information out there. All of this is especially applicable to them using the Internet.

These children ARE teens..and they have no apparent protection possibly because of the privacy issue.
What do you deem children and what do you deem teens?
