Society has been split into 2 segments. those who work, and those who don't work.

those who work hate those who don't.
those who don't work, hate those who do.

you have the government who can pick on those who don't work with the backing of those who do work.

bad idea to split the two. because as Harry Hill will say.. FIGHT!!!!
