Question about adding a new router.

I have ordered a new Asus Router from Amazon. It is due to be delivered tomorrow. I am not clear as to whether I use the existing hard wired connections on the Superhub for my wired connections (iMac, Windows 8 laptop and Devolo Homeplug) or do I transfer them to the ethernet connections on the Asus Router or can I use all four if required.

Any other advice or comments regarding placing the Superhub in "modem mode" and adding a wireless router also welcome
