Hugh, please realise one thing, companies constantly increase prices without giving a thought for the paying customer.

I for one, like probably everyone else is now counting every penny, and l can assure you that unless VM change there ways, l will be going to Freesat.

You cannot simply increase prices without giving justification for it, and VM don't do this. Customers are getting angry that VM are not supplying the goods, and l don't blame them. All bills water, electricity increase but these are essentials - TV is not.

VM do not give value for money, Sky and BT Vision tell you as it is and price it accordingly.

Its like going for electricity, you go and look for various providers, the same with Gas - these are essentials services and you pay for it.
