Even though we have had three price rises in the past year VM have always been good to me in the past and in my mind loyalty is important because when there are problems VM have always sent someone around quickly at no extra cost to sort it out quickly and alas thats something you cannot say about the other suppliers and that is certainly one of the stings in the tail amongst other things.
