Maybe they are or maybe they're trying to capitalise on ex customers, who have moved Virgin, who are currently unhappy with price increases and lack of new content.

You've got to admit though that it is a fantastic offer. It doesn't matter what slant we put on it, what they are offering for £24.12 per month for 12 months is great value. Do you agree?
