have you got a ping monitor going? if not could you do the following mate...

Enable ping response within your SuperHub settings first...

open and log in > http://192.168.100.1

then open > http://192.168.100.1/VmRgPing.asp

tick WAN Ping Respond - Respond to ICMP echo requests sent to WAN IP and Apply
then....

set up a ping monitor > http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

once set up click on Share Live Graph then Generate

and then copy and paste everything in the box labelled
