VM wouldn't know how to look after there customers, there PR is terrible, and keeping customers don't make me laugh, if l ran the company l would sack the lot of them and run it myself.

Arthur, there is a lot more to vm than tv, they have a huge business division for example, do you realise that 70% of mobile traffic runs on their network, probably not. I appreciate your annoyance but let's face facts, you could not run this business and the guys that do actually know what they are doing but not as you would like.
