As for turning up for the assessment then failing just because he turned up has been reported by other people, but that also depends on what was written on the ESA50 form in the first place.

I think that bad reporting like this doesn't do any disabled people any good ,it only helps the idea that all disabled people are "lead swingers " and "spongers"
