Re: How safe are you at driving

Being a safe driver doesn't prevent you from driving unsafely. I have known self-described safe drivers who take unnecessarily risks in part because of a confidence that have in the knowledge they're a 'safe driver'. The normal rules are for other people who don't know how to drive safety or how to handle a care, it's fine to drive fast, take that corner in that speed, and drive quicker at that light.

I don't like to think of myself a safe driver (I am not unsafe but I make mistakes like anyone else), instead it's better to concentrate on each drive and make that one safe. After all being a safe driver doesn't protect you from that trip where you were not driving safety, only needs to happen once.
