To be clear it is not that this takes some time that I am disappointed by. I understand that some of the Virgin network is held together by string and takes a lot of work to fix. It is that they consistently promise and fail to deliver. They want to appear in the market as a technological leader - always the first with new tech and highest speeds - but they are incapable of seeing that vision through. That is either incompetence or wilful misrepresentation. Take your pick!

Seems to me VM are stringing you along in an effort to stop you leaving for a provider who can offer a better deal
now instead of the latter part of next year.
