hi there just upgraded my phone deal to the premier 2500 mins unlimited everything basicly, and when i go on my phone it says sorry encounterd a global NLP problem

can you tell me what this means? as it is rather annoying it keeps happening frequently, i upgraded on friday, and ever since then i keep getting that error, soon as it unfreezes i can go on line etc..
