problems adding extra number to existing VM account
Would like to know if anyone on CF has had a similar problem with VM. Have got ALL services with Virgin - tv - landline phone -bb and mobile. Up until recently have been fairly happy with them .HOWEVER - six weeks ago I added a phone for my son onto my mobile account on the SIM only £12 per mnth for 1200 mins deal - and that where the trouble started. Six weeks later and his phone is shown as suspended on their records and NO ONE seems capable of adding the bundle to his phone. I've had loads of promises from C.S. staff - managers (I think I'm on first name terms with most of them) and it's been handed over to IT dept no less than 4 times !! but no one seems able to sort this out and provide me with the bundle I signed up for. ANYONE OUT THERE HAD SIMILAR PROBLEM ???
