you have got onto my favourite subject now

I am Linksys (Cisco) all the way. I have had 4 models over the last 10 years and never had a problom with any of they. They deliver rock solid performance and are 100% reliable. As an entry level model I would be looking at this one which is £60 on amazon but you might be able to get it cheaper else where:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Linksys-E250...4817740&sr=8-1
The next series up which is what I have got lets you directly connect external hdds and setup NAS and ftp servers etc and has a higher throughput:

Other users will recommend different routers and you can get cheaper routers with similar features but what you have got to ask yourself is this; if you have always had an Audi and love it why drop down to a Skoda?
