If I was a troll, even an affectionately regarded and almost harmless troll, I would definitely ask this question in the hope of getting a damning condemnation of VM. I wouldn't care how unscientific the sample was, just as long as I could get the result I wanted.

An almost two thirds of forum members happy with VM isn't bad considering that there is probably a tendency for forum posters to be here because they have a problem with their service.

My service during October and November left a lot to be desired. This last week it has returned to its absolutely brilliant norm. I therefore voted YES!

Good point! I hadn't thought of that when voting. VMs TV service with the broadband currently beats all comers.

Big danger for VM is Sky reselling BT's Ultra fast BB bundled with Sky TV.
