Pep is untested, it will be a very different task to Barcelona. He had money, the world's best team, and inherited a system and a culture that had been there for decades and one which he grew up in as a player. Even after he has left Barcelona and doing just as well, maybe even better, than before. It's really difficult to see how he would do at another club where he won't have any of those advantages.
