your on 10meg download and 1meg upload. the SH hasnt updated to the latest available firmware. your downstream power levels could be better. your upstream power level is good.

pinhole reset the SH > http://help.virginmedia.com/system/s...MER_TYPE=Cable

be sure to hold down for around 20seconds. all lights on the other side will go blue.
