I've probably just met the best tech I've come across, top bloke. Is there any way I can send in feedback on the tech?
I told him the problem and 'mentioned' the 10dB FP attenuator swap. confirmed and the 10dB FP attenuator went on and he ran tests on the V HD but there was loss yet signals were better. Problem was is the SH stopped working with the 10dB FP attenuator fitted between the isolator and splitter so he replaced the isolator, the splitter and fitted new cables and now the SHs back, V HD box is functioning as it should be and I'm happy
