Re: Baby dies after home circumcision

Sadly, I dare say this sort of thing is still rife in certain places and it needs to be stamped out. If 3 children a month are being treated by a single hospital for the effects of botched circumcisions , I wonder what's being done about the 'parents' who organise and allow it?! Could it be that none of these people know about the NHS I wonder?

I have a feeling that a blind eye has been being turned to this sort of thing and very much hope that any sentences imposed reflect the fact that this sort of thing will not be tolerated in the UK, whatever the reasons. 'Ignorance' should be no defence when it comes to such cruelty and this has to stop!
