Interesting. I just wish I knew what it all meant! When the PT came round he told me to keep an eye on my Upstream TX power and Downstream SNR levels, along with keeping a check on my post RS errors (of which I have 19 since the engineer reset my router and left). That page would come in handy (although I was checking it on the network status page).
This whole thing baffles me... All I know is that I'll not give up hassling the director of transmission operations until I have an internet connection I'm happy with
