Thanks for your reply trickytree,need to think about this now not got long left be for offer expires,only thing that is still putting me off is the box that supply's all of Virgins services to my flat on the side of my flats is open again & all the cables are exposed, this happens quite a bit where I live, I'm sure it to an engineer 3 days to come & close it last time I reported it to Virgin,just worried if the box isn't sorted out I might lose all my services.
