It does refer to half price offers ending then. Line Rental Saver is not a half price offer.

That page also says:

"But don’t forget, normal rental costs apply after the 12 months – unless of course you pay upfront next year and carry on saving again."

It would hardly say 'same again next year' if Line Rental Saver was finishing.
