had no TV or Internet since Wednesday.Tech came Friday and couldn'd get a signal between the my house and the cab,told me I needed a re-pull and they'd phone me with a date the next morning which they duly did,and informed me they could only do it on Dec 5.
I think two weeks without a service I have paid in advance for is not on,just hoping now my phone holds up,as i have had recent problems with that also.
Not Happy.
