you say you cannot make or recieve calls? can you call 150? if so call 150 > confirm or not > option 5 > option 3.

if you cannot make any calls try from a friend or family members VM landline.

explain whats happened. ask for a specific day visit or evening tech visit if you have work or any other commitments.
