(Very)Limited knowledge here - but (Type Limited Variables) Type 11 elements typically AFAIK are relevant to CM interpreting it's TFTP'd config file and specifically updating SNMP MIB.
Probable causes, config corrupt, VM's bolloxed config, CM firmware/hardware issue….
Usually that error results in registration failing….but as you're online then draw your own conclusions. You'll otherwise need to google CableLab/Cisco specs for TLV Type 11 for more info.

Personally I'd go for Netgears hardware+VM adapted firmware has crippled the SuperHub….
