when i got 12 mb upload i have never had over 10mb upload on speedtests i was getting 9.5mb before the upgrade kinda mad so i about this i rang Virgin today about the pproblem all they said is they is no idea why i'm not getting the 12mb upload as the config says i should get 12mb
