Not sure why you think this is a SH problem - You've tried three different wireless access points and none work.

Conclusion - There's something wrong with your TV/dongle combo or you haven't set it up correctly...

You won't see the MACs listed until you've established a connection to the router wireless SSID. If automatic setup* doesn't work, have you entered the SSID manually correctly? See step 5 of manual setup on page 33 here. Perhaps the software has changed, but there doesn't seem to be a scan for network feature so you need to enter the SSID.

*You have pressed the WPS button on the routers you've tried?
