Surely there must be
some way around it.
You mentioned previously that all these problems are due to legacy systems from when cable was all different franchises (or something like that anyway!) but now that they are all one company, would it really cost
that much to get a new system that does what they want it to do. They could justify the cost by saying that it will allow them to be more transparent with their pricing and so possible retain more customers
