It seems that what he's actually in the dock for is a spectacular failure of the attitude test when asked to put the sausage rolls away. That doesn't make such a good story as "Man prosecuted for being kind to cute animals" though. Good old BBC, still ensuring the facts don't get in the way of a good story.
