I have checked the SH and this is correctly provisioned for 66Mb/s, and have tried testing in safe mode, and this has resulted in very similar speeds. |

How is you laptop connected - Wired or wireless? If wireless, does you laptop use 802.11g or 802.11n? If the former, you won't get more than around 25Mb/s... Try the test again wired to the SH as wireless is far too variable to be relied upon to give a true indication of speed.
If you've run your test wired then ignore the above!
