I'm not sure if they'd be able to rework the UI to be usable on a smaller mobile screen. Zeebox functionality is much more suited to tablet devices currently in my opinion.

I asked about this on the Sky help forums and was informed that it's something that is in the works. I guess that the Sky+ app is just the first one to be updated.
