once the programs open..
1. bottom of the page above 'apply changes' check/select
"optimal"
2. up top slide the slider bar to
100+
3. under 'network adapter selection' check/select
"modify all network adapters"
4. then
apply changes
restart computer
open IE and test >
www.speedtest.net
