Anyone know how often the automated calls are repeated for appointments?

Our box is on the blink and a technician is booked for tomorrow. Although the call centre needs to be reminded what time of day it is (answered with "good evening" when it was this afternoon).

So far we have received two automated calls regarding the appointment (press 1 to confirm). Confirmed twice now.

This does seem somewhat OTT, surely one call is enough.
